The Seller offers original artworks, hand-painted rugs, artistic objects, and individually commissioned creations.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The essential characteristics of each artwork, including its description, dimensions, materials, condition, price, and other relevant specifications, shall be communicated to the Buyer before the purchase is finalized.
MUSTOV CUSTOM offers two principal product categories:
Ready-to-Ship Artworks
Completed original artworks available for purchase and dispatch.
Custom-Made and Commissioned Artworks
Artworks individually produced according to specifications agreed upon with the customer.
For commissioned artworks, the artistic concept, dimensions, materials, price, payment schedule, and delivery arrangements shall be confirmed in writing through email, WhatsApp, or another suitable written communication channel before the order becomes binding.
The product listing, checkout summary, or individual written order confirmation shall identify the artwork and its applicable transaction terms.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All applicable product prices and charges collected by the Seller shall be disclosed before the Buyer confirms the purchase.
Ready-to-Ship Artworks
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in full when the order is placed.
Custom-Made and Commissioned Artworks
The standard payment schedule is:

Fifty percent (50%) of the agreed artwork price after final approval of the artwork specifications and order conditions, before production begins.

The remaining fifty percent (50%) when the completed artwork is ready for dispatch, before shipment.
The initial payment constitutes an advance payment toward the purchase price and is not automatically non-refundable.
Any alternative payment arrangement must be agreed upon in writing.
Payments made through the website shall be processed using the payment methods available at checkout.
The total amount payable, including applicable taxes, delivery charges, and any additional fees collected by the Seller, shall be presented before payment confirmation.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1. Domestic Shipping — Türkiye
Standard domestic shipping within Türkiye is included in the listed artwork price unless otherwise expressly stated before purchase.
Shipping and logistics providers may vary according to the artwork's dimensions, weight, materials, and transportation requirements.
4.2. Ready-to-Ship Artworks
Ready-to-ship artworks are normally dispatched within three (3) business days following order confirmation and successful payment.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and official public holidays.
4.3. Custom-Made Artworks
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, commissioned artworks are completed and made ready for dispatch within twenty (20) production days after both the final specifications have been approved and the initial payment has been received.
Production days include Saturdays but exclude Sundays.
Any additional exclusions or individually agreed production schedules shall be communicated in the order confirmation.
The Seller shall notify the Buyer when the artwork is ready for dispatch. Shipment shall be arranged following receipt of the outstanding balance.
4.4. International Shipping
International shipping is available subject to destination restrictions, carrier availability, and applicable regulations.
International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination country and shipment characteristics and shall be disclosed before payment confirmation.
International shipments may be arranged through Navlungo or other suitable logistics providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law, import duties, customs clearance fees, destination-country taxes, and similar import-related charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Such charges may be collected separately by customs authorities or logistics providers.
4.5. Delivery Period
Dispatch means handing the artwork over to the shipping provider and does not necessarily mean delivery to the customer.
The applicable estimated or agreed final delivery period shall be communicated before the Buyer becomes bound by the order.
Delivery shall be performed in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable statutory requirements.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable Turkish distance sales consumer legislation governs the transaction, an eligible consumer generally has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
The Buyer may exercise this right by sending an unequivocal notification to:
The Buyer shall return the goods within the legally prescribed period following the withdrawal notification.
Original artworks, including hand-painted rugs and individually created artistic objects, are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because they are unique or handmade.
Custom-Made Artwork Exception
Products genuinely manufactured or personalized according to the customer's individual specifications or personal needs may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied.
Where such an exception applies, the Buyer shall be informed before the order becomes binding.
This exception does not affect statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.
6. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and return requests may be submitted to:
Requests shall be handled according to the product category, order status, individually agreed conditions, and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the Buyer only where legally permitted and subject to any required advance disclosure.
Where the Seller is legally responsible for return shipping costs, those costs shall be covered by MUSTOV CUSTOM.
Refunds shall be processed using the legally required payment method and within applicable statutory deadlines.
Advance payments for commissioned artworks shall not automatically be forfeited. Their treatment following cancellation shall be determined in accordance with the applicable contractual arrangements and mandatory law.

7. FORCE MAJEURE AND EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES
Extraordinary events beyond the reasonable control of the Parties may affect artwork production, transportation, customs clearance, or delivery.
Such events may include natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, wars, armed conflicts, widespread civil unrest, major public safety emergencies, government restrictions, border closures, and substantial disruptions to transportation or essential infrastructure.
Whether an event qualifies as force majeure shall depend on its actual consequences and applicable legal requirements.
If an extraordinary event materially affects an order, the Seller shall notify the Buyer as soon as reasonably possible and explain the anticipated consequences.
Where lawful and appropriate, revised production or delivery arrangements may be agreed upon in writing.
Force majeure does not automatically eliminate statutory cancellation, termination, refund, or other mandatory consumer rights.
8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Customers may contact MUSTOV CUSTOM regarding questions, complaints, or order-related disputes using the contact information provided above.
The Seller shall seek to address complaints in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
Where Turkish consumer legislation applies, eligible disputes may be submitted to the competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts according to the applicable legal rules and monetary thresholds.
International consumers retain any mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to their transaction.
9. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Before becoming bound by a purchase, the Buyer must be provided with the legally required pre-contractual information, including the essential product characteristics, Seller identity, total price, payment conditions, delivery arrangements, and applicable withdrawal rights or exceptions.
The specific order details, including the final delivery period and any applicable additional charges, shall be disclosed during checkout or through the individually agreed written order confirmation.
The Buyer shall be given the opportunity to review the applicable transaction information before confirming an obligation to pay.
